About the Role: As an Integration Engineer (Implementations) within Motive’s Partner & Ecosystem Engineering team, you will be the bridge between our high-quality integration development and our customers' live environments. While our development team builds the core logic, you are responsible for the successful deployment, configuration, and long-term delivery of these solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, working directly with customers to implement integrations across various platforms like Mulesoft, Workato, Zapier, and others. This role is perfect for a technical professional who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and the "last mile" of technical delivery without needing to focus on heavy active coding. What You’ll Do: Lead the deployment of custom integration solutions built by the development team, ensuring they are correctly configured for the customer’s specific environment. Utilize tools such as Mulesoft, Workato, and Zapier to set up, test, and refine integrations based on customer-specific requirements. Act as the primary technical point of contact during the implementation phase, participating in customer calls and managing email communications to ensure project success. Identify and resolve configuration-level issues to ensure integrations provide "wow" functionality and meet deadline requirements Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand business challenges and ensure the implemented solution meets the customer's key needs. Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers' IT departments to help them realize the value Motive’s platform provides to their organization. Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the internal Motive stakeholders in sales, marketing, customer success, and R&D departments What We’re Looking For: Proven experience (3+ years) deploying and configuring enterprise-level integrations (experience with Mulesoft is a plus, but heavy active development/coding is not a strict requirement). Certifications for one of the integration platforms like Mulesoft, Workato, Zapier, or Boomi is preferred. Understanding of authentication standards such as OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO). Strong ability to build productive client relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly via phone and email.
