Instructional Designer Senior - Remote - Performance Improvement

As a senior instructional designer for our Claims organization, you'll lead the design and development of training projects for the business. In this role, you'll create design documents, project timelines, and action, communication, and evaluation plans. Using defined industry tools, you'll apply Instructional Design standards to maintain and measure training courses and resources. You'll create and evaluate learning measurement strategies related to course design to assess course effectiveness. Additionally, you'll develop instructor-led courses, train-the-trainer programs, and pilot classes and provide recommendations for improvement and feedback to trainers. This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training.
