We have a fantastic opportunity to join Cytiva as an Inside Service Sales Specialist This position is perfect for a dynamic, innovative individual who loves the sales environment and a burning desire to make their mark on a high-performing team and represent a rapidly growing, industry leading brand. What you’ll do As a Inside Service Sales Specialist, you will take ownership of onsite and remote interaction with our customer base to develop, grow and maintain the Service Business which would include Service contracts, Spare parts, regulatory and digital products. This is a home based role within the defined territory working as part of the EMEA South team. You will closely co-operate with your peer group of regional service teams, account managers and hardware sales specialist. You will be required to build strong collaborative relationships with customers key stakeholders on service related matters. Working with our customer base you will be required to identify customer pain points and then utilizing the Service portfolio to develop a mutually agreeable solution. You will build and maintain a Sales funnel to ensure accurate forecasting and business growth. Who you are We're looking for an engaging and highly organised individual with who thrives on building strong relationships and is a team player. The ideal person will have some of the following qualities: Must speak English & French in order to communicate with regional customer base and Cytiva internal organisation Previous sales experience, preferably within the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical/healthcare service sector (3-5 years) Demonstrate excellence in ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organisation, both internally and with external customers. High degree of self-motivation and prioritization skills. The ideal candidate f/m must also have a talent for getting along with and working productively with a variety of highly motivated sales personalities in a matrix environment Passion for selling in a complex dynamic environment Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce will be a plus) and ability to understand selling process from all aspects Fluency in French and English both written and verbal, Spanish and Italian are a plus Valid Driving licence When you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 68,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win. Vos missions En tant qu’ Inside Service Sales Specialist , vous serez responsable des interactions, sur site et Ă  distance, avec notre clientĂšle afin de dĂ©velopper, faire croĂźtre et pĂ©renniser l’activitĂ© Service. Celle-ci inclut les contrats de service, les piĂšces dĂ©tachĂ©es, les produits rĂ©glementaires et les solutions digitales. Il s’agit d’un poste en tĂ©lĂ©travail , dans le cadre d’un territoire dĂ©fini, au sein de l’équipe EMEA South . Vous collaborerez Ă©troitement avec les Ă©quipes rĂ©gionales Service, les account managers et les spĂ©cialistes des ventes d’équipements. Vous devrez Ă©tablir des relations collaboratives solides avec les principales parties prenantes chez nos clients sur l’ensemble des sujets liĂ©s aux services. En interaction avec nos clients, vous identifierez leurs problĂ©matiques et utiliserez notre portefeuille de services afin de proposer des solutions adaptĂ©es et mutuellement bĂ©nĂ©fiques. Vous serez Ă©galement en charge de construire et de maintenir un pipeline de ventes permettant une prĂ©vision fiable et le dĂ©veloppement durable de l’activitĂ©. Votre profil Nous recherchons une personne engagĂ©e, trĂšs bien organisĂ©e, qui s’épanouit dans la crĂ©ation de relations solides et qui apprĂ©cie le travail en Ă©quipe.
