Inside Sales Associate/Remote: Work from Home! $16.50 - $18.00 per hour / Full Time
Splendid opportunity for Full-Time Position with a company who maintains a solid presence and future in its market niche.
Note: Even though this is a Remote Position, for Training Purposes, you must live within 45 min of Brunswick, OH where training will be held for several weeks
Mon-Fri (working a Saturday every other week, with a day off during the week): 40-45 hrs/week
Must possess the following skill-set or attributes for our fast-paced environment:
Ā Can type more than 30 wpm
Ā Organized approach to problem solving
Ā Common-sense approach to task completion & prioritization; recognizes the difference between what is "fun" to work on versus the triage of assigned tasks
Ā Can handle incoming calls & assignments concurrently
Ā Very good written & verbal communication skills
Ā Pleasant and respectful demeanor with co-workers & customers
Ā Customer-service oriented phone demeanor, with good voice skills
Ā Basic understanding of MS Word, Excel, navigating with PCs and Internet
Ā Basic arithmetical skills
Seeking mature-minded, patient & friendly individual with common sense & whose focus is:
Ā On developing their career skill-sets and being the best they can be
Ā Maintaining alignment with the best interests of the company
