ā¢ A proven track record either working in Data Entry, Admin, Settlements or as Documentation Officer (or similar)
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus and work ethic
ā¢ The ability to build genuine relationships with clients
ā¢ Enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity
