In this role, you will rotate through multiple engineering areas, gaining hands-on experience and developing leadership skills while contributing to various projects.ResponsibilitiesThrough a series of rotations, learn and start to lead project work. This project work delivers value across multiple departments or global locations. You will do this through planning, communication, and teamwork. In the process, you will gain hands-on experience and develop a broad understanding of different departmentsFor each rotational group, develop an understanding of the strategic direction of the group and respective department; evaluate how business strategies align with the direction of the businessPerform engineering work tasks within established scope, budgetary and schedule requirements. Develop competencies related to the engineering functional area of focus for the rotation to gain exposure to the skillsets required for scopes of work.
