Inside Channel Account Manager

The Inside Channel Account Manager will work with partners to increase sales and ensure successful deployment of solutions while maintaining strong relationships.ResponsibilitiesInterfaces and strategically partners with Channel Account Managers in the field to increase and capture sales within assigned territoryDevelops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing partners and is held accountable and incented for individual achievement of specific business targets and resultsWork with Channel Partners to ensure that their staff have taken the appropriate training to deploy our solutions successfullyEducate the Partners on our solutions, understand and articulate how our solutions help them sell more and provide more value to their customers, track and report on account activityProactively utilize strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer-focused solutionsEducate customers on respective business processes and procedures- proactively continue to understand products & solutionsDemonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and servicesDisplay strong verbal communication skills through daily customer interactionExercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications during customer interactionUtilize internal business tools and applications to effectively qualify and resolve the customer’s issues.
