Influencer Marketing & Affiliate Manager for Health & Wellness Brand (TikTok, Instagram, Affiliates) - Contract to Hire

Highly respected weight loss & wellness supplement brand with momentum! We have conquered our niche on Amazon and now scaling other advertising channels. We’re ready to blow up TikTok Shop sales from start-up stage to $100k/month in the next 6 months, while also breathing new life into our affiliate marketing program (currently 500+ affiliates). We’re looking for a results-driven Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager who knows how to recruit, activate, and manage relationships with content creators, influencers, and affiliates. Responsibilities: Influencer / UGC Marketing (TikTok & Instagram) - Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with TikTok UGC creators, micro-influencers, and Instagram content creators in the weight loss/health/wellness niche. - Negotiate partnerships (flat fee, commission-based, or hybrid). - Coordinate product seeding shipments to influencers and ensure timely content delivery. - Coordinate Live shopping campaigns - Analyze content performance and run Spark Ads on winning creatives. - Maintain a consistent content flow (5–10 videos per product per week). Affiliate Marketing Program - Reactivate and re-engage our existing affiliate base with incentives, competitions, and resources. - Recruit new affiliates across SEO, email marketing, paid traffic, and social channels. - Create and maintain an affiliate resource hub with pre-made creatives, swipes, and training. - Monitor affiliate performance, optimize conversion rates, and manage payouts. - Run leaderboards, contests, and seasonal promotions to keep affiliates motivated. Requirements: - Proven experience managing TikTok and Instagram influencer campaigns and affiliate programs. - Can demonstrate previous success with growing profitable influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns. - Strong negotiation skills and a track record of securing cost-effective, high-performing partnerships. - Understanding of TikTok Shop and Spark Ads. - Familiarity with affiliate networks and affiliate tracking platforms. - Data-driven mindset — able to analyze KPIs, spot trends, and optimize accordingly. - Excellent communication skills and relationship management abilities. - Self-starter who can own and grow both programs from strategy to execution. - Understanding of project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc) Preferred Experience: - Health, wellness, weight loss, or supplement industry background. - UGC content sourcing and management platforms. - Running seasonal sales pushes (e.g., New Year’s, summer body campaigns), affiliate leaderboard contests. - Capcut, Canva, or similar editing skills are a plus for speed of execution. - Understand and have experience in project management working with creative teams to bring campaigns to life.
