We are looking for telephone agents with excellent customer service skills, a friendly personality and great communication skills, that can keep up with the high volume of calls. ! • Telephone agents are assigned a phone station where they stay connected throughout their shift taking calls as they come.• We answer calls for a variety of businesses and professional clients all over the county, taking and relaying their messages, performing intake for new clients, booking appointments, and transferring calls. • We do not make cold calls!
