Middle Business Analyst

This is you +2 years of experience in similar positions. Ability to perform both functional and technical analysis. Strong documentation skills for requirements , processes , and specifications. Experience working in cross-functional teams (Product-UX-IT). Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban – desirable). Proficiency in data analysis tools: SQL, Power BI, Excel. Experience using management tools like Jira and Confluence. This is your role Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills. Analytical and results-oriented mindset. Ability to lead initiatives and work independently. Passion for challenging the status quo and proposing innovative solutions. Willingness to step out of the comfort zone and continuously learn.
