Role Description

As an Independent Sales Consultant with Turnkey Processing, you are responsible for identifying business owners who need payment processing or Point of Sale solutions, introducing them to our team, and driving the relationship through close. Every approved and installed deal generates commission, with ongoing earning potential tied to the accounts you bring in.

Unlike most providers that push a single PoS system, Turnkey is a licensed reseller for Clover, SkyTab, OrderCounter, Korona, RPower, PAR, and several other leading platforms. That means you are not forced to fit a merchant into one box. When you introduce a client, our team evaluates their business model and matches them with the right system and support structure. You sell solutions, not limitations.

You focus on building relationships, opening doors, and closing business. We support underwriting, onboarding, and long term account management so you can stay focused on revenue generation. This role is ideal for self motivated sales professionals, merchant services reps, or business consultants who want uncapped commission potential, the flexibility of an independent contractor structure, and a portfolio of technology solutions that makes closing easier.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to earn trust quickly and develop long term client partnerships
• Strong communication skills and the ability to make warm, credible introductions to business owners within your community
• Established relationships with merchants in retail, hospitality, professional services, or other small to mid sized businesses
• Comfortable initiating conversations around payment processing and Point of Sale solutions, even if you are not responsible for presenting or closing
• Self motivated and proactive in generating referrals and identifying businesses that would benefit from improved payment systems
• Professional presence and relationship oriented mindset, focused on long term trust rather than transactional selling
• Organized enough to coordinate introductions and stay engaged through the handoff process with our in house sales representative
