Guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring seamless onboarding and platform adoption
Configure and customize PRM platforms according to client requirements, leveraging technical expertise and attention to detail
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and business processes, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
Create and maintain project timelines and implementation schedules, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
Provide technical guidance, best practices, and platform training to clients, empowering them to maximize platform potential
Collaborate with internal teams, including support, development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective implementation strategies
Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation, applying problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
Document client requirements and configuration specifications, maintaining accurate records and knowledge bases
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, or a related field, with a strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with experience working directly with clients in a technical capacity
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management tools, and English language proficiency at a B2 Advanced level
