What you will do:
Technical Responsibilities:
Designing/implementing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our mobile applications (iOS/iPadOS/VisionOS).
Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
Follow and implement iOS Human Interface Guidelines in iOS product(s)
Debugging any UI code
Build and implement UI frameworks for mobile applications
General Responsibilities:
Work with UI/UX designers, Marketing, and Project Management to ensure success of projects
Lead and support other team members to create and implement UI elements
Hold the team accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy and drive to meet business priorities
What you Need
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor's degree and relevant years of Experience in UI Development and Designing.
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
4+ years of work experience in UI development.
2+ years of work experience in iOS/iPadOS IO development
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Figma, InVision, Visio, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
A team player but can work independently too.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
$109,500 - $232,900 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 10%
