Hi there! IÂm looking for S.T.E.A.M based educators to teach live online classes via zoom to ages 5 - 18. Teaching... credentials are preferred but are not required. A fun, patient, encouraging person who has good classroom management skills is a must. We are ideally looking for someone who does more of the Arts and Technology type classes.
Time commitment:
 Looking for someone who can teach on weekdays and weekends.
 You may only start with a few hours per week.
 I'm looking for someone who wants to work part-time but has a flexible schedule. You will choose your hours.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
 Experience teaching what you are applying for.
 You can organize your lesson plan to fit into a scheduled time-frame and adjust it depending on student needs, if necessary.
 Patience and kindness are a must!
 Strong classroom management skills is a must, handling different personalities and prompting to raise hands.
In addition, the following is preferred:
 Training in college or other classes
 Teaching credentials would be helpful but not required
This job would NOT be a good fit for you if:
 You want your own business teaching the same courses online, as the non-compete contract would prevent that. If, however, you teach in person in your local area, that would be just fine.
 If you run low on patience, then this job would not be a good fit. Most of my students are well-behaved, but they are kids, so patience is a must.

 Create your lesson plans to fit your teaching style. My teachers prefer this to using my plans.
 With the potential to teach as many hours as you want. You can choose hours and I will list them.
 There are usually between 3-8 kids per class, but there may be classes you teach to just 1. Enrollment fluctuates.
ABOUT COMPENSATION:
 Pay weekly
 Pay schedule is based on hours plus students per class
 We give pay increases based on higher student enrollment
