Job Overview As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. You will be trained on our initial program and have the opportunity to transfer to various programs, including customer service, blood donor recruitment, and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers, providing excellent customer service and promoting our products or services. Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Meet or exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and other performance metrics. Utilize our technology and systems to manage customer interactions, track performance, and stay organized. Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop your skills and knowledge. Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance expectations. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Reside in Ohio. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Have a reliable computer and internet connection, meeting our minimum technical requirements. Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. Be able to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
