Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Time Customer Service Representative, you'll have the following key responsibilities:


Meet with customers directly on a daily basis to review available products and services and initiate the sales process
Ensure accurate entry of customer contact information
Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude when working with a variety of customers
Handle all questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face to face
Exceed targets and sales goals by upselling and promoting new products and/or services
Resolve customer issues in a friendly, helpful way
Assist the sales team in acquiring and retaining new customers
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients or sales promotions by attending client meetings
