We are looking for an energetic, personable, and organized professional to grow with our front office team. This individual must be highly... organized and excellent at multitasking. Great verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to carry out duties with accuracy and speed are a must!

Front Office Duties & Responsibilities

· Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice

· Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, calling patients, emailing etc.

· Scheduling appointments

· Processing new patient paperwork

· Collecting payments

· Communicating with insurance companies

· Keeping the schedules full

Front Office Requirements

· Punctual/Reliable

· At least 2 years of dental front office experience

· Sound knowledge of dental terminology

· Proficient in dental practice management software (Open Dental a plus)

· Good telephone etiquette
