REALtech Title is a full-service title and settlement company located in Houston TX. We are currently looking for Closing Specialists who will be responsible for managing purchase closings. The Closing Specialist will work with clients to accomplish a closed transaction in a timely, efficient and error free manor. Must have ability to work independently while managing a full pipeline to meet client required service metrics.
This is a remote role and must be based in TX.
Responsibilities
Β Communicating with clients to accomplish a closed transaction in a timely, efficient and error-free manner
Β Data entry of all transaction details into proprietary system. Calculate and enter closing fees and data, in accordance with client instructions, including but not limited to:
Β Recording fees
Β Mortgage tax
Β Payoffs
Β HOAs
Β Property taxes
Β Prepare closing document and required closing documentation
Β Use daily reports to manage closing dates and provide client status of transactions
Β Field questions and resolve issues in a service oriented and timely manner
Verify paperwork is accurate and title updates have been completed, as well as title conditions cleared

Minimum Requirements
Β HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Β Minimum of three yearsΒ experience with processing real estate transactions is required or two years of experience closing real estate transactions strongly required.
Β Must possess an active escrow officer license through the Texas Department of Insurance.
Β Microsoft Suite proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Β Must demonstrate an ability to handle multiple tasks while managing a full pipeline of loans in a fast paced, high volume work environment. Must be detail oriented with a proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry.
Β Must be willing to work mandatory overtime if required and Saturdays if needed. May need to be flexible with shifts as client dictates.
