Job Summary
We're seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to join our team! As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance service to our customers. If you're a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate customers' needs, working quickly and efficiently to provide personalized service
Contribute to a fun team atmosphere by maintaining a positive and supportive attitude
Master products, services, and company knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
Perform automotive preventive maintenance tasks, including changing oil, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers
Maintain a clean and safe workplace, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures


How You'll Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:

Be friendly and ready to work as part of a customer-focused team
Have an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head
Be able to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
English/Spanish speaking bilinguals are preferred, but English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking is required
