 Provide Help Desk and Desktop Support for employees, addressing hardware and software issues.
 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, and other devices.
 Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
 Respond to tickets in a timely manner to ensure effective IT Support.
 Assist with setting up workstations and maintaining IT inventory.
 Collaborate with the IT Support team to identify and resolve recurring issues.
Qualifications:
 Basic understanding of Information Technology principles and concepts.
 Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Prior experience in Technical Support or as an IT Technician is a plus but not required.
