Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: Financial Tasks: Handle finance and accounting responsibilities in compliance with local laws and accounting policies.Calculations and Reporting: Prepare accurate calculations and reports, meticulously recording business events and documentation.Invoice Processing: Book invoices and track bank transactions.Participating in the preparation of monthly reports: Collaborate with the finance team to compile accurate and timely monthly reports. Analyze financial data and trends to identify key insights.Assisting in the month-end closing process: Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure smooth month-end procedures. Verify financial records and reconcile discrepancies.Contributing to the annual budgeting process: Assist in creating the annual budget by analyzing historical data and forecasting future financial needs. Collaborate with relevant departments to align budget goals.Reviewing and analyzing accounting data: Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards. Identify any deviations and recommend corrective actions.Providing active support to management: Collaborate with management to address financial challenges and make informed decisions. Timeliness is crucial, especially when dealing with financial reporting, tax filings, or audits.
