Key Responsibilities: Document Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of all company documents, including contracts, reports, and technical documentation. Collaboration: Facilitate the efficient flow of documents between departments and teams, acting as a liaison to resolve any document-related issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role. Strong knowledge of document management software and tools. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and document control software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of self-discipline. Knowledge of Disney and its values is a plus.
