Remote Washington State-based Family Law Paralegal Opportunity, 10-20 Hours/Week
Job Description Welcome to The Freelance Firm! We are a national network of experienced, high-level freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a Washington State-based, experienced and dedicated Family Law Paralegal, interested in 10 - 20 hours per week of remote work. Business days/hours availability will be required to best collaborate with the firm team and to best serve clients. Responsibilities Include: • Draft and file legal documents 1. Discovery support - responses, deficiency letters 2. Settlement proposals 3. Temporary Orders 4. Motions/proposed orders 5. Child support docs • Manage case calendars and deadlines • Organize and maintain client files • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel • Provide general administrative support to attorneys The pay rate for our paralegal opportunities starts at $30/hour.
