Illinois Lawyer Needed for Motion to Dismiss in Trademark Infringement Case
We are seeking an attorney in Illinois to assist with filing a Motion to Dismiss regarding a trademark infringement case. Our company is based out of texas and mainly selling on ebay doing drop shipping from amazon. There was an item that was listed and ended in March 2022 with XYZ brand which is based out of Hong Kong selling cheap $10 items on amazon. They hired a lawyer from new york and filed fraudulent trademark infringement against us and blocked our paypal account. We need a lawyer to file the Motion to dismiss as it does not stand any ground since the listing is first of all more than 3 years ago and we didn't have any sale plus we are based out of texas and not Illinois. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of trademark law and experience with court filings in Illinois.
