About the Role As a Remote Call Center Customer Experience Associate at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative for our customers, providing them with top-notch support and service. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with our products and services. You'll work from the comfort of your home, leveraging the latest technology and tools to troubleshoot issues, address customer inquiries, and upsell relevant services. Key Responsibilities Serve as a real-time troubleshooter for customers, helping them navigate through challenges with their equipment and services. Strive to resolve customer issues on the first call, minimizing the need for call transfers and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Provide world-class customer service by assessing customer needs, suggesting relevant products and services, and adjusting billing or product solutions as necessary. Own the customer experience, thinking and acting in ways that put our customers first and exceed their expectations. Utilize your technical skills to troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Meet sales goals by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services. What You'll Need Minimum Qualifications A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience. At least 6 months of experience in customer service or sales. Residency in Wichita, KS, Omaha, NE, OKC, OK, Baton Rouge, LA, Hampton Roads, VA, or surrounding communities. A high-speed internet connection available at home. Preferred Qualifications 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic technical issues. Experience working in a sales environment with sales goals. A keen aptitude for customer service and a customer experience focus. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role. Previous experience in the telecommunications industry. Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt to constant change.
