Human Resources Administrator - Remote, Seasonal/Temporary

Each year, DRC hires thousands of new and returning employees as Test Scorers, supported by a skilled team of HR professionals who help drive the success of this large-scale hiring initiative. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to provide vital support to this dynamic hiring team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations across recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and document management. Location:Remote – from your US-based home in the Eastern or Central time zone, in a dedicated, distraction-free workspace Job Duration: January 2026 – June 2026Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, with some work on Fridays as necessary Assessment Required: Yes; a writing assessment is administered during the application process, to evaluate your writing skills and English proficiencyKey Responsibilities • Hiring Support: assist with high-volume recruiting tasks, including making job offers and onboarding new employees • Employee Assistance: respond to questions from applicants and employees professionally and efficiently, while maintaining confidentiality, attention to detail, and a high level of organization • Administrative Task Management: prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines independently, with precise data entry, HR record maintenance, and compliance-related documentation • Remote Collaboration: communicate promptly during business hours via Teams, chat, email, and phone while working from a distraction-free home office • System Navigation: use HRIS and ATS platforms, bolthires Office, bolthires Workspace, and other tools confidently Essential Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • WorkExperience: minimum of 1 year administrative experience, with work in a Human Resources role utilizing HRIS and/or ATS preferred • Self-motivated: ability to work independently with a moderate level of supervision in a remote work environment • Excellent customer service: strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring professional engagement with all individuals • Strong computer skills: practical hands-on experience working with HR platforms and systems, high proficiency with bolthires Office and bolthires Workspace, with the competence to navigate multiple systems and screens efficiently • Adaptability: demonstrated skills to shift priorities, maintain keen attention to detail, and apply critical thinking to solve problems, in a fast-paced work environment, while working across time zones, cultures, and remote communication styles • Positivity: display a can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn and get things done promptly and accurately Join a company where your contributions help shape the future—because at DRC, it’s more than a score.It’s the next step forward.
