Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic advisor on all HR matters, including employee relations, recruitment, training, compliance, RTW checks, contracts, and documentation.
Champion a high-performance culture by supporting employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.
Collaborate closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs.
Support on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
Mobility – will be remote but will need to travel to sites occasionally from Manchester to London
About You
The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing, logistics, FMCG background, preferably in food and is looking to take leadership in a senior management role within a fast-paced business.
Key Skills/Qualifications
Industry Experience: Background in food manufacturing, food logistics, or food retail is highly desirable.
Fast-Paced Environments: Proven experience in high-volume, mass-production or similar manufacturing settings.
Employee Relations: Strong track record of managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
Compliance & Best Practice: Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
CIPD Level 5 / 7 is advantageous
