We’re looking for a driven, emotionally intelligent, and persuasive Online Consultant & Sales Closer to join our expanding team. If you love working from home, believe in the power of health optimization, and thrive on helping others say “yes” to a better life—this is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Taking live, inbound leads handed to you from our professional pre-screeners
• Following up with warm, pre-qualified leads from our CRM & Purchased Leads
• Conducting phone consults to walk prospects through our $5,000/year all-inclusive health program (discounted to $4,560 if paid upfront)
• Presenting monthly plan options (3, 6, 9, 12-month) with confidence and empathy
• Helping people take action on their health goals and closing enrollments
• Managing follow-ups and pipeline inside our easy-to-use CRM
• (Optional) Answer weekend calls and get extra bonuses
Compensation & Perks:
• $150 bonus for every Paid-in-Full Annual Plan closed
• Additional weekly bonuses for monthly plan enrollments
• Live leads + warm leads provided — no cold calling
• Work 100% remotely from your phone or laptop
• Flexible hours — set your own daily schedule
• Contract-based (no taxes withheld) with direct deposit payouts

Ideal Candidate:
• Confident closer with at least 1 year of consultative sales experience (health/wellness preferred)
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and selling high-ticket health offers
• Self-motivated and excellent at managing follow-ups
• Believes in hormone therapy, optimization, and healthy living
• Has basic tech skills and can work from mobile if needed
