Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities
? Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager
? Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries
? Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
? Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
? Clarify orders as needed
Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Requirements
? Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
? Previous experience in pharmacy
? LTC pharmacy experience preferred
? Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Moderate to advanced computer skills, required
? Great telephone etiquette a must
? Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
? High school diploma or equivalent, required
