Job Summary:

As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to students of varying age groups and proficiency levels. Key Responsibilities:
• * Conduct engaging and interactive online English lessons with students using various teaching platforms.
• * Assess students proficiency levels and tailor lessons to meet their individual learning needs and goals.
• * Provide constructive feedback on students progress, identifying areas for improvement.
• * Develop and implement lesson plans, exercises, and activities that enhance learning.
• * Assist students with homework, assignments, and projects to reinforce language skills.
• * Maintain regular communication with students and their parents (if applicable) to track progress and resolve any concerns.
• * Utilize multimedia and technology to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.
• * Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to improve teaching techniques and skills.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * A bachelors degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• * TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (highly desirable).
• * Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students effectively.
• * Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
• * Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work with students of different learning styles.
• * Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• * Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience:
• * Prior experience teaching or tutoring English (preferred but not mandatory).
• * Experience working remotely or in a virtual learning environment is a plus.
• Working Hours:
• * Flexible working hours, with the ability to schedule classes based on your availability.
• * Full-time or part-time positions available.
• * Evening and weekend shifts may be required depending on student needs (especially for international students in different time zones).
