Holiday Gift Box Assembly & Shipping for 120 Clients (physical, hands-on role)
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to coordinate and manage our annual holiday gift mailing for ~120 clients across the U.S. This is a hands-on role that involves receiving, assembling, and shipping gift boxes.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive and store all components: (120 books ordered from Amazon, 120 decorative gift boxes (ordered from Etsy or similar), Crinkle paper for packaging, 120 custom printed cards (ordered online), 120 small cookie packs (baked in Brooklyn), 120 outer cardboard shipping boxes
- Assemble each gift box:
- Place crinkle paper inside decorative box
- Add book, cookie pack, and card
- Secure decorative box inside outer shipping box
- Ship all 120 packages to clients across the U.S. using a provided spreadsheet of names and addresses (you’ll handle purchasing postage and arranging shipping; shipping costs will be reimbursed)
Ideal Candidate:
- Located within driving distance of Brooklyn, NY (to pick up cookies)
- Has space to receive and store bulk shipments until assembly and mailing
- Organized and detail-oriented to ensure every gift is beautifully presented
- Experience with bulk mailings or assembly projects is a plus
Timeline:
- Components expected to arrive in November
- Boxes assembled and shipped by early December
All shipping costs reimbursed
