Key Responsibilities
Instagram Management:
ā¢ Craft and post engaging content and stories bi-weekly.
ā¢ Utilize Planoly for scheduling and ensuring consistency.
Editorial Calendar:
ā¢ Develop and manage an editorial calendar to maintain a cohesive brand message.
Website Updates:
ā¢ Implement necessary updates and improvements on the website.
ā¢ Collaborate directly with the client to identify and discuss required changes.
Practice Outreach:
ā¢ Compile a comprehensive list of OB and pediatrician practices.
ā¢ Draft persuasive pitches, secure client approval, and initiate outreach.
Newsletter Management:
ā¢ Design and disseminate a monthly newsletter, keeping audiences informed and engaged.
Podcast Outreach:
ā¢ Research podcasts centered on motherhood, prenatal, and postnatal care.
ā¢ Draft pitches and promote the client for guest appearances.
Ad-hoc Assistance:
ā¢ Dive into any immediate tasks or projects as they emerge.
ā¢ Exhibit flexibility and commitment in a fluid work environment.

Requirements
ā¢ Digital Marketing: Must have proven experience in the field of digital marketing.
ā¢ Sales Copywriting: Experience in crafting compelling sales copy is a plus.
ā¢ Industry Passion: A genuine interest or passion in postpartum care is essential.
ā¢ Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with platforms like Planoly, Canva, Calendly, and Instagram.
ā¢ Strong Writing Skills: Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
ā¢ Detail-Oriented: Pays meticulous attention to details, ensuring quality in all tasks.
ā¢ Proactive: A self-starter who can work independently and initiate tasks or projects.
ā¢ Collaborative: Ability to work closely with the client, understanding and implementing feedback efficiently.
ā¢ Time Zones: PST, MST, CST, or EST
