Facebook & Instagram Ads Specialist Needed for Lead Generation Campaign (Sports Recruiting)
We're Prospect ID, a college athletic recruiting platform that helps high school athletes connect with college coaches. We've helped 20,000+ student-athletes get recruited since 2015.
We need an experienced Facebook/Instagram ads specialist to set up and launch our first paid lead generation campaign targeting parents of high school athletes.
Your Responsibilities:
Set up Facebook Business Manager and install/verify Facebook Pixel on our website
Create 3 ad variations (lead magnet, direct offer, testimonial-based) targeting parents of high school athletes
Build audience targeting (parents ages 35-55, interested in college sports/recruiting)
Optimize our landing page for conversions (or provide recommendations)
Set up conversion tracking and basic reporting dashboard
Provide a brief handoff document so we can manage campaigns after launch
Campaign Details:
Budget: $1,000/month ad spend (your fee is separate)
Goal: Generate parent-submitted leads at $7-10 cost per lead
Timeline: Ads live within 7-10 days
Platforms: Facebook & Instagram
What We'll Provide:
Brand assets (logo, colors, images)
Ad copy concepts (you'll refine/optimize)
Testimonials and social proof
Access to website and Facebook Business Manager
Requirements:
Proven experience running Facebook/Instagram lead gen campaigns (please share examples)
Experience in education, sports, or family-focused industries preferred
Strong understanding of parent audience targeting
Able to work quickly and communicate clearly
Must provide a brief case study or portfolio of past lead gen results
Deliverables:
Fully set up Facebook Ads campaign (3 ad variations)
Audience targeting and campaign structure
Landing page optimization recommendations (or setup if within scope)
Conversion tracking setup
