About the position
As the Field Scheduler at Stryker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have the medical devices they need to enhance healthcare delivery. This position is pivotal in managing the logistics operations, which includes overseeing inventory and supporting the Sales Department. You will be responsible for the final inspection of products to ensure they meet accuracy standards and fulfill customer needs. Building strong relationships with Sales Representatives and Sales Managers will be essential as you track and manage inventory levels at client sites. Your responsibilities will also include verifying inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts and investigating any discrepancies. You will ensure that products are delivered on time, completely, and accurately to our customers. Achieving operational excellence will be a key focus, which involves a team-based and product-focused approach, capacity planning, continuous improvement, safety awareness, and cost reduction strategies to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, including Distribution, Field Operations, and Sales teams, to optimize the supply chain. You will also be accountable for maintaining a safe work environment, free from hazards and ergonomic issues, while promoting safe work practices among employees. Record-keeping will be an important aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring compliance with Stryker specifications.
Responsibilities


Ensure clients have the necessary medical devices for healthcare improvement.

Manage logistics operations and support the Sales Department with inventory management.

Conduct final inspections of products for accuracy and customer needs.

Build relationships with Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to track inventory levels at client sites.

Ensure on-time, complete, and accurate delivery of products to customers.

Requirements


5+ years of relevant/professional experience - required
,
High School Diploma or GED equivalent - required
,
Valid Driver's license with no restrictions - required
,
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed - required
,
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs. - required
,
Bachelor's degree - preferred
,
Experience in logistics, inventory, delivery, and customer service - preferred
