Hours: Must be flex with hours required to work - company open 365 days/year
Job Duties:
 Provide assistance to viewers via phone and/or chat regarding account management, billing queries, content questions, and basic navigation of our site and applications.
 Make company product recommendations on each viewer interaction.
 Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
 Remote work experience
 Call center or high volume call experience; 1-3 years minimum
 Good tenure - must demonstrate ability to grow within a company
