You’ll work with seasoned litigators on complex, high-stakes matters while getting real mentorship and hands-on guidance. Responsibilities The attorney will represent employers and related entities in a wide range of employment law matters, including: Wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment claims ERISA and benefits litigation Defense of class actions and complex employment disputes Drafting pleadings, discovery responses, dispositive motions, and participating in depositions and mediations Skills J.D. from an accredited law school Active member of the California Bar Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with precision and professionalism 1-4 years of employment defense or civil litigation experience preferred Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off (20 days) 401k Company Overview Law firm specialised in aviation related contracts, in particular civil aircraft engine maintenance and engine leasing worlwide.
