 Update databases and eliminate unnecessary files.
 Rearrange and consolidate data from various source documents when necessary.
 Enter data into designated databases, files, and forms.
 Transcribe information into required electronic formats.
 Digitize documents into document management systems or databases.
 Review completed tasks for accuracy and completeness.
 Safely store finished documents in appropriate locations.
 Maintain logs of activities and tasks performed.
 Respond to information requests and access relevant files.
 Print necessary information as requested.
 Adhere to data integrity and security protocols.
 Maintain office equipment and supply inventories.
