β’ Prepare and maintain medical documentation and reports.
β’ Support billing and insurance verification processes.
β’ Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
β’ Assist in various administrative tasks to enhance office productivity.
Requirements
β’ Proven experience as a medical assistant or in a similar administrative role.
β’ Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
β’ Ability to work independently in a virtual setting.
β’ Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
β’ Certification in medical assisting is a plus.
