As a Remote WFH Full Time Administrative Assistant, your main responsibility will be... to accurately type and format various documents and reports in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Type and format documents, including letters, reports, and emails, with 100% accuracy
Proofread and edit documents for grammar and spelling errors
Manage correspondence and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently and take initiative
