- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- **Issue Resolution:** Analyze customer issues and leverage your innovation skills to provide effective solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented promptly.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with various departments (sales, marketing, construction) to gather information and update clients on their project status and other relevant communications.
- **Feedback Loop:** Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in our processes and services, contributing to overall client experience enhancement.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your knowledge about our services, products, and company policies.
- **Ownership:** Empowered to take ownership of client issues and follow them through to resolution, ensuring accountability and a positive client experience.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in the homebuilding industry.
- **Education:** High school diploma required; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.

- **Tech Savvy:** Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
