Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship not available Part-Time REMOTE Fractional CFO Description Our client in the financial consulting industry is looking for a part-time Fractional CFO to add to their growing team based in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Fractional CFO, you will provide high-level financial strategy and day-to-day financial management to multiple clients. In addition to overseeing client financial operations, managing budgets, and delivering insightful reporting, you will work closely with the President and Owner, assisting with critical tasks and strategic decisions. Collaborating with small internal and client-side accounting teams, you will ensure financial accuracy and compliance while guiding clients toward their goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across diverse industries in a flexible, part-time capacity. Part-Time REMOTE Fractional CFO Responsibilities • Serve as the lead financial strategist and advisor for assigned clients (2-3) • Develop, implement, and manage financial strategies tailored to client goals • Oversee all client financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning • Provide support for financing, insurance, job costing, and other critical business needs • Manage financial cleanup projects and implement systems to ensure ongoing financial accuracy • Lead and coordinate the work of accounting teams (internal and client-side) • Deliver regular financial reporting to clients • Present financial results and insights to clients, offering actionable recommendations • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships Part-Time REMOTE Fractional CFO Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree required • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader required • Expertise in project-based industries and job costing required • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills required • Experience managing accounting teams and client relationships required About #twiceasnice Recruiting Across industries, roles, and North America, we help clients quickly attract top talent with custom-built searches.
