Role Description
We're hiring experienced Contact Center Sales Agents to join our remote team. This is a phone-based sales role for driven individuals with at least 2 years of sales experience in call centers, auto sales, collections, insurance, or similar fields. You'll help match pet owners with training programs and guide them through the enrollment process.
ā¢ Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers
ā¢ Sell Dog Academy's services through consultative sales techniques
ā¢ Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs
ā¢ Document calls and maintain accurate records
ā¢ Work independently in a remote setting while staying connected to the team
Qualifications
ā¢ Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience (call center, cold calling, auto sales, collections, etc.)
ā¢ Intermediate computer and typing skills
ā¢ Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
ā¢ Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated personality
Requirements
ā¢ Open availability required - Days off will vary based on business needs (may include weekends)
