Key Responsibilities Credential Verification: Navigate online systems to verify nurses' credentials after they've selected a healthcare facility they'd like to work with. Communication: Follow up with nurses via written messages to confirm the validity of their credentials for the chosen facility. Phone Support: Handle follow-up phone calls from nurses and healthcare facilities checking on the status of shift pickups. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our systems, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring seamless communication. Multitasking: Manage multiple chat channels and phone calls simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining efficiency. Script Adherence: Follow communication scripts when handling different topics, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Problem-Solving: Identify customers' needs, research solutions, and provide alternatives when necessary. Technical Skills: Navigate online systems efficiently, utilizing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and chats. Availability: Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times. Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility to cross-train as requested, adapting to changing priorities and workflows. Essential Qualifications Customer Service Experience: 1 year of customer service or customer support experience. Call Center Background: 1 year of previous call center or office background experience. Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using technology, including computers and software applications. Remote Work Experience: Previous remote work experience is a plus. Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and work independently. Typing Skills: Type 35 words per minute accurately. Communication Skills: Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening. Background Check: A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare Experience: Experience working in healthcare or a related field. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: Starting Pay: $14/hour, with shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & weekends) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance. Work Hours: Shifts between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (EST), Monday - Friday. Paid Training: 3 weeks of paid training, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (EST). Full-Time Status: 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Hardware and Software Requirements To ensure seamless performance, you'll need: Processor: Intel Core i5 5200 Series or greater. Memory: 8GB on Windows 8.1 / 10 64 bits. Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, dual monitors required. USB Headset: A high-quality USB headset. Antivirus Software: Up-to-date antivirus software must be installed, with a recent scan completed. Firewall: Firewall must be enabled.
