Role Description Join Wellspring Personal Care as a CNA Live-in and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide high-quality personal care in a comfortable home setting. • Provide daily personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. • Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments and activities.• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on dietary needs. • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. • Document care provided and report changes in client condition to supervisors. • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being. • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life. Qualifications • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Illinois. • Experience in personal care or home health settings preferred.• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Reliable transportation for travel to client locations. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Background check and references required. • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
