Role Description
This role involves leading execution and evolution of key digital experiences that make professional learning for educators more unified and effective.
ā¢ Drive execution of digital professional learning initiatives within the broader roadmap.
ā¢ Enhance the educator experience and ensure digital learning solutions are intuitive and scalable.
ā¢ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions.
ā¢ Deeply understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research.
ā¢ Contribute to and help operationalize a cohesive product vision for the unified professional learning platform.
ā¢ Translate strategic priorities into actionable product strategies and measurable outcomes.
ā¢ Support applied innovation in personalized learning, leveraging data and AI.
ā¢ Partner in evaluating and piloting new technologies that support the vision for a connected professional learning ecosystem.
ā¢ Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across discovery, definition, delivery, and optimization phases.
ā¢ Develop clear success metrics (KPIs) and continuously measure progress through data and user insights.
ā¢ Manage execution of digital professional learning platform initiatives, coordinating with development partners.
ā¢ Partner closely with Content, Design, Engineering, PL Operations, Marketing, and Field Teams.
ā¢ Leverage technical understanding to translate complex trade-offs into clear business strategies.
ā¢ Guide and collaborate with peers, including mentoring and/or managing product managers.
ā¢ Communicate product value and impact clearly to diverse audiences.
ā¢ Navigate moderately complex, cross-functional environments with advanced collaboration skills.
Qualifications
ā¢ Minimum of a BS/BA degree; STEM degree preferred.
ā¢ 7-9 years of product management experience with a record of delivering high-impact products.
ā¢ Experience designing digital learning experiences; familiarity with learning management and content management platforms is a strong advantage.
ā¢ Experience evaluating 3rd party tools and collaborating with vendors.
ā¢ Strong background in product strategy and execution, delivering measurable results.
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in matrixed, global organizations.
ā¢ Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams to deliver cohesive product outcomes.
ā¢ Experience mentoring and/or managing team members fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
