Responsibilities
1. Monitor Customer Service Team activity to ensure the highest performance.
2. Communicate with teams worldwide to ensure all parties have the most up to date information.
3. Help ensure team documents are up to date.
4. Create, plan, and post news and events on social media.
5. Host live streams when needed.
6. Answer game reviews.
7. Communicate with player via various platforms.
8. Other tasks as needed.
Requirements
1. Ability to work or lead with a team of agents.
2. Able to work with little supervision.
3. Maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations.
4. Willingness to take on new tasks and learn new things.
5. Willing to work overtime to ensure great communication with overseas teams.
6. Love video games.

1. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
2. Must work from our location in Santa Clara, California.
