Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of computer systems and software

Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions
