People Reporting Analyst - Hybrid London based role The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical People Reporting Analyst to join the Deliveroo People Team. This role is integral to our cross-functional operations, focused primarily on Reporting & Analytics used across Deliveroo. You will play a key part in designing, developing and maintaining Workday reports & dashboards to support People Operations across the business.As a member of the People Team, your expertise in Workday reporting tools and deep understanding of data will be crucial in providing valuable insights to stakeholders as part of our ongoing optimisation of our Workday Platform. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your technical knowledge to add value to our programme of work.Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do):Reporting Development & Optimisation:Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards within Workday, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Discovery Boards.Optimise existing reports to improve efficiency and user experience.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting solutions.Business Analysis & Data Interpretation:Work cross-functionally to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into Workday output.Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making.Identify trends and anomalies within data.Testing & Validation:Perform rigorous testing of new and modified reports to ensure data integrity.Troubleshoot reporting issues and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.Support the People Team with testing and deployment plans.Data Governance & Compliance:Ensure all reports comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.Support audits and compliance reporting needs.Requirements (What We're Looking For)Minimum 2+ years experience working with Workday in a Business Analytics, People Technology, People Systems, or HRIS team, particularly as a Workday Reporting AnalystProficiency in Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards is essential.A strong understanding of Workday data structuresCertifications - Workday Reporting certification or equivalent years of experience as in-house BAU support and expertiseSoft Skills & Behaviours:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you love puzzles and minor details.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights, along with strong stakeholder management and listening capability.You’re detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.You are well-organised and able to prioritise your workload, ensuring deadlines are met on time.You are proactive and keen to share your ideas.You thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.Why DeliverooOur mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders.
