Key Responsibilities...
• Craft lessons to meet the diverse language learning needs of students.
• Use proven strategies to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing competencies.
• Collaborate with teachers to incorporate language development across different subjects.
• Assess student progress consistently and adjust lessons as needed.
• Nurture an inclusive environment that honors linguistic and cultural backgrounds, while working with families to extend learning at home.

Qualifications:
• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field
• Valid New Hampshire teaching license with an endorsement in ESL/ELL (or equivalent)
• Experience working with multilingual learners or culturally diverse populations
• Preferred:
• Master’s degree in TESOL, Education, or a related area
• Proficiency in a second language
• Familiarity with WIDA standards and assessments
• Experience with differentiated instruction and culturally responsive teaching practices

• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $30-$40
• Based on experience, education level, and other factors
