This role provides operational support by educating internal operational staff and external Program providers on the current healthcare FWA landscape, common schemes, and reporting protocols. The intern will work closely with the WTC Health Program’s training lead and FWA Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop digestible trainings materials, SOPs, and documentation.The World Trade Center Health Program is a limited federal health program administered by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
